}Export the account's portable data
Generates the paid-beta account export and returns an expiring download.
The document holds the account’s own record — its profile, its API key metadata (never a secret, which is not stored), its credit lots, its ledger events and its request log — read through the same access patterns the dashboard’s own pages read, so it introduces no view of an account that did not already exist.
download_url is a presigned URL to a private object and is the only thing that can reach it: the bucket blocks public access, the object carries no ACL, and the signature expires in minutes, not the 24 hours an oversized transcript’s delivery URL is given. The whole of an account’s record is a different object from one episode’s transcript, and it is treated as one. Past expires_at the link is refused, and the object itself is expired by a lifecycle rule shortly after; ask again to get a fresh one.
Refused on an account that is being deleted or is deleted: the records retained after a deletion are kept to answer a refund or a dispute, not to be read back by a session that outlived the account.

}Authorizations
A Cognito access token, issued through the dashboard's own sign-up and sign-in pages (a backend-for-frontend; there is no Cognito Hosted UI) and sent as Authorization: Bearer <jwt>. Dashboard operations require this scheme and cannot be called with an API key, with no exception. GET /v1/usage and GET /v1/limits offered both schemes from 0.8.0; 0.8.1 withdrew that, because the control-plane API serves them alone and its authorizer has no API-key branch. An account_id supplied by the client is ignored; all reads/writes are scoped server-side to the authenticated account.
